**Rent rates include all utilities, basic cleaning supplies, maintenance and management services. Our services also include complementary advice for new business owners interested in the food industry including questions about health permits, business license, insurance, bookkeeping and tax services and other requirements.

**We provide the ability to do business on UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, delivery platforms as an exclusive added service for tenants
